Getting started
1. Create a project
A project is one product or site you're promoting. Everything below — leads, campaigns, email accounts — is scoped to a project.
2. Give it a URL
Paste your product's URL. Eveil's Website AI crawls it into a knowledge base and suggests positioning. Its Sales AI derives target profiles from that knowledge base: who to sell to, or who already touches them (partners, resellers, communities).
3. Review and approve
Eveil finds and qualifies companies matching a target profile, extracts contacts, and drafts outreach. You review and approve — the step builder underneath is there when you need manual control, not required for the default flow.
A search that comes up completely empty on its first attempt gets one automatic retry with a different source before it's reported as a dead end — a blocked directory or an unlucky query isn't mistaken for "there's nobody here." Every email Eveil writes — the opening line of a sequence, a personalised reply — obeys one box, under Settings → AI instructions: tone, language, and words never to use. It ships with one rule already in it, banning dash punctuation, since that's one of the cheapest tells that a machine wrote a sentence. Edit it or empty it as you like; nothing is written outside what it allows. LinkedIn posts have their own, separate box right next to it, since a public feed post often wants a different tone than a cold email.
4. Connect a mailbox and send
Outreach sends through a mailbox you connect (Settings → Mailboxes), never through a shared relay. Replies land in Eveil's unified inbox — see Statuses and the inbox for how conversations are filed once they arrive.
Two things Eveil will flag at the top of every screen until they're done, since neither announces itself otherwise: no AI provider key connected (Settings → App settings → Provider — superadmin only), and no mailbox on the project yet (Settings → Mailboxes). A campaign activates without a mailbox connected; it just sits there until one exists.
